Description
155M/1.25G SFP 850nm光模块是高性能、经济高效的模块，支持155Mb -ps/125Mbps传输速率和550m OM2 MMF的传输距离。
155M/1.25G SFP 850nm光模块由三部分组成：850nm VCSEL激光发射机，一个集成了跨阻抗的PIN光电二极管前置放大器（TIA）和MCU控制单元。所有模块均满足I级激光安全要求。155M/1.25G SFP 850nm光模块与SFP多源协议和SFF-8472数字诊断功能兼容。
