The DFB-1310-10LR-LCA is specifically designed for applications based on several optical communications standards, including IEEE 10GBASE-LR, STM64, STM64 FEC, 10GFC, 10G GbE, 10G GbE FEC and 10GFC FEC. The optical assembly is designed to interface either 50µm or 62.5µm multimode fiber and ensure launch conditioning requirements compatibility with enhanced bandwidth fiber as specified by TIA 455-203.
The FT-E6x92-x61 incorporates a power monitoring photodiode that can be used for temperature compensation, average power control, and for compliance with Class 1 eye safety limits.
Receptacle Isolator
Receptacle Isolators are generally used in various TOSAs that require isolation to prevent feedback into lasers. F-tone Networks's Receptacle Isolators offer excellent performance with low insertion loss and high isolation. F-tone Networks's proprietary bonding process, combined with years of volume manufacturing experience, results in a high reliability record. Bare isolator chips survive more than 5,000 hours of damp heat testing without delamination.

The 1MW-16MW 1550nm DFB butterfly laser diode is encapsulated in a 14-pin butterfly package.The equipment consists of a built-in thermoelectric cooler, thermistor,and monitoring photoelectric diode.It produces a low threshold current, high output power,and small temperature coefficient of the wavelength.According to the customers requirements,the module can be supplied with a built-in or external isolator and internal or external modem.
