以上应用为多波长通过空间或Combiner合束,多模光纤输出(如400um/0.22N.A),多模光纤输出端经过光斑匀化及消散斑措施,得到输出均匀的近平顶光斑,在有些应用上,如照射微流芯片生物样本,完全可以替代单模光纤激光器。
激光器集成驱动与控制,能和系统上位机进行通信。
可以根据应用要求设计,从尺寸上、功能要求上满足应用方要求。
