此系列的产品为高功率紫外LED光源和高功率深紫外LED发光管（UV,DEEPUV），功率分为1～3mW系列UV LED，3～5mW系列UV LED, 10~15mW系列UV LED.包含UVA, UVB, UVC。三个波段波长包括240nm,245nm, 250nm,255nm,260nm, 265nm, 270nm, 275nm, 280nm, 285nm, 290nm, 300nm, 305nm, 310nm, 315nm, 320nm, 325nm,330nm, 335nm, 340nm,345nm, 350nm,355nm.封装窗口可以做成平面窗口，半球形窗口，球形窗口等。

其中355nm波长的LED指标简要列出如下所示：
