拉曼放大器采用多泵浦激光器合波及消偏技术,通过不同类型泵浦激光器的组合以及光纤类型的匹配,实现 C 波段范围内低噪声光信号放大。模块内置精心设计的驱动电路和逻辑控制电路,配合电信级的 14xx 泵浦激光器,实现高性能的输出,输出功率的稳定性由独特设计的 ATC和APPC电路得以保证。为保护设备和人身的安全,放大器内部具有多种检测和保护措施,保障产品安全、稳定运行。

Product Description: The Semiconductor Optical Amplifier Devices at 1550nm are designed by using a high quality angled SOA chip and a TEC which can assure a stable amplified output for a large dynamic input signal. The devices are available in a standard, 14-pin butterfly package at the 1550nm bands. The SOA devices have high optical gain, high saturation output power, low polarization dependent loss, low noise figure and broad wavelength range.
