倾斜光纤光栅((TFBG: tilted fiber Bragg grating)是一种特殊的光纤光栅。它与一般光纤布喇格光栅不同之处在于光栅波矢方向与光纤轴线方向有一定的交角。TFBG不但能引起反向导模的耦合,而目还能将基模祸合到包层模中辐射掉。控制成栅平面与光纤轴向的夹角,可以使原来在光纤内部传播的不同波长的光以不同的角度耦合到光纤包层。采用特殊的方法,即可以将光波长检测转换为空间位置检测。TFBG的写制过程与一般FBG的写制过程相似,可以采用干涉法或相位掩模法进行写制。但与一般FBG不同的是,TFBG写制时,需要将相位模板(PM: phase mask)倾斜一定的角度。
