北亿纤通推出的BIDI SFP+光模块采用1330(1270)(1490nm)发射端和1270(1330)(1550nm)接收端，适用于IEEE 802.3ae 10GBASE-BX等双向10G串行光数据通信。收发器由两部分组成:发送部分使用多量子阱1330(1270)nm DFB激光器，是符合国际安全标准IEC 60825的一级激光器。接收部分使用集成的1270(1330)nm探测器前置放大器(IDP)安装在一个光头和一个限制后放大器集成电路。
