产品描述
SOA光放大器的原理与掺稀土光纤放大器相似但也有不同,其放大特性主要取决有源层的介质特性和激光腔的特性。它虽也是粒子数反转放大发光但发光的媒介是非平衡载流子即电子空穴对而非稀有元素。半导体的发光可根据激发方式的不同分为光致发光、电致发光和阴极发光等。
