Description

1.25G SFP 1310nm光模块是高性能、经济高效的模块，支持1.25Gb/s的传输速率和20km SMF传输距离。该模块由三部分组成：1310nm FP激光发射机、集成跨阻抗的PIN光电二极管前置放大器（TIA）和MCU控制单元。所有模块均满足I级激光安全要求。该模块与SFP多源协议和SFF-8472数字诊断功能兼容
