C 波段功率掺铒光纤放大器
C波段功率掺铒光纤放大器是一款高饱和输出功率的功率光纤放大器（Booster-EDFA);用于对发射端信号进行放大,提高发射端光功率,提升信号的传输距离。该系列放大器内部采用优化的光路结构,配合电信级的 980nm/1480nm 泵浦激光器,实现高饱和功率放大输出。基于稳定的高效的内部控制系统, 结合高精度的 ATC 和 ACC(APC)控制电路实现放大器稳定、可靠运行。产品全部状态参量与配置信息可由上位机进行远程监控与配置。该系列光纤放大器有多种封装形式,满足不同应用要求。

The devices are available in a standard, 14-pin butterfly package at the 1550nm bands. The SOA devices have high optical gain, high saturation output power, low polarization dependent loss, low noise figure and broad wavelength range.
