北亿纤通开发的SFP+ SR MMF多模850nm 300m光收发器是用于10GBASE-SR、10GBASE-SW等双工光数据通信的SFP+模块。它是与SFP+ 20针连接器允许热插拔能力。数字诊断功能可通过I2C。10gbase-sr SFP模块是为多模光纤设计的，工作在标称波长850 nm。发射机部分采用垂直腔面发射激光器(VCSEL)，它是符合国际安全标准IEC 60825的一级激光器。接收部分使用集成的GaAs检测器前置放大器(IDP)安装在光头和限制后放大器集成电路。
