此系列的产品为紫外LED和深紫外LED发光管（UV,DEEPUV），波长包括240nm,245nm, 250nm,255nm,260nm, 265nm, 270nm, 275nm, 280nm, 285nm, 290nm, 300nm, 305nm, 310nm, 315nm, 320nm, 325nm,330nm, 335nm, 340nm,345nm, 350nm,355nm.封装窗口可以做成平面窗口，半球形窗口，球形窗口等。

所有波长LED均有配套的电源，可直接使用。

其中355nm波长的LED指标简要列出如下所示：

Notes:
Peak wavelength measurement tolerance is ± 3 nm
Optical power output measurement tolerance is ± 10%
Forward voltage measurement tolerance is ± 2%
