Description
10G SFP+ 850nm 光模块是高性能、经济高效的模块，支持10Gbps传输速率和300m OM3 MMF传输距离。该模块由三部分组成：850nm VCSEL激光发射机、PIN光电二极管与跨阻抗前置放大器（TIA）和MCU控制单元集成。所有模块均满足I级激光安全要求要求。该模块与SFP多源协议和SFF-8472数字诊断功能兼容。
